I recorded this at the Port Colborne Shell gas station car wash on August 12 at 8:35pm. I chose the Ultimate Wash.

Recorded using Sound Devices Mixpre 3 II and a pair of Clippy EM 172 microphones clipped on each lowered visor in an extended A-B configuration. It was recorded at 96 kHz and 32 bit because I wasn't sure what to anticipate in terms of unexpected loud noises. I'm glad I did.

In post, a restorative EQ S-curve was added: I used a high-pass filter at 50Hz due to the extensive subsonic frequencies, and a slow high-shelf beginning at 2kHz due to the windjammers on the mics.
